THIRD weekend we have our club Meeting in Melbourne ...

Several members have expressed their interest in having a meeting regarding PT Cruisers Downunder Victoria (PTCDU VIC) and we wish to advise all members of a meeting to nominate and elect representatives for the next 12 months to coordinate activities for our Club PTCDU VIC chapter. We are still under the umbrella of the main committee in QLD and as such, we are looking for expressions of interest for the following (or confirm your willingness to continue), as all roles are considered vacant, being:

Representative for keeping in touch with president & committee in QLD inc keeping notes & keeping membership details up to date
Representative to look after funds,
Cruise Controller, activities coordinator and assistants

To show solidarity to this fantastic club please attend or alternatively if you can’t attend in person email your apology & intentions of willingness to take an active role. All apologies & expressions of interest will be read out at the meeting . your reward is keeping PT cruisers Down under VIC out & about cruising and having fun.

Where: Federation Square 1st floor Greek Tavern above BEER DELUXE cafe
Time: 9.30am for parking and 10am for meeting start finish around 11.00am
You can stay for Lunch and / or explore Federation Square and Southbank etc as the rest of the day is to do as you please.

Free All Day parking at Federation Square car park, entry corner Flinders and Russell Street sponsored by Paynesville Marine Electronics Just take the ticket from the car park entry boom gate and bring it with you to the meeting

Alternatively venue is easily accessible by public transport (Flinders Street Station).

the weather cleared for the HOT rods by the lake event .... 227 registered hot rods, two PTs a crossfire and a real COOOL 300c, came from far & wide ... not to mention the other local enthusiast cars brought out for the day to come & look & drool at the real CHROME & bling on show and what a sight !! ... camera is full I will add a small selection to post when I get home ... today is glorious sunshine for their & my trip home !

meeting in Melbourne at Beer Delux at Fed square went very well .. Chris the manager is a Classic Charger enthusiast, travelled route 66 for two weeks and is going to try to get to the Chrysler restorer show & shine in OCT !! .... minutes will be typed up and email to all applicable soon ... looking forward to the next 12 months ... U should HEAR the cruises that are being Planned !!! .. AMAZING !! thanks to all that attended and emailed their support etc ..
