We found Paynesville on Friday after a very foggy trip along the Great Alpine Way. It was great to catch up with Dot and Frank, we had a wonderful Chinese banquet Saturday evening which was followed on Sunday by a yummy feed of Fish and Chips at the Motor Cruiser club. Chris got to see some of Frank's work on some very nice boats, thanks Frank. Spotted a brand new black PT roaming around Paynesville, looks great. We were rained out Sunday night, so made a run for home on Monday to try and dry things out....Thanks for the hospitality Dot and Frank.

sure was a lovely surprise to SEE U two & yes we DID the sights of Paynesville too .... Frank & I were worried ref rain & nearly rang to see if U wanted to bunk in the van !! .... U will have to do a rain check ref the rest of Gippsland & PORT Welsh pool another time .... plenty to see & do ... OH OH .. TOPIC CAR & show .... THIS weekend is the MOTOR expo in Bairnsdale at the racecourse ...... and there is also the Maffra shed ... collectable car Museum ...

We had a chat, they were at our first Hanging rock cruise and parked with us.

EGGSACTLY what Phantom & I needed .. a distraction from seachange OVER load been too busy for one mr semi retired ... hope U liked the tourist test drive of Black opal ... and had a good trip for the rest of the day ... BUGGER didn't get any pics !!! .. hope that rear quarter BRUISE is sorted out soon .. !

as there has been a BIG SHIFT in the cruise spirit down south, FEB 2011 is going to be VERY quiet on official cruises .. the dates in first post (dates are 2010) can be used for a guide as to what is happening down here if any one wants to cruise solo .. hanging rock and carribean gardens are the same weekends .. as well as the HOT road show this weekend in MLEB (JAN 21st to 23rd)

our cruise will now be the 20th FEB 2011 .. I am sure cruise controllers will put up a post as details are organised ..
