Here are some date claimers and we can round out the details a bit closer to the dates.

Sunday 10 January - Summer Tunes at Picnic Point. Kerryn put us onto this one and we need to get the brochure from the Visitor Info Centre to find out more exact details but this is what I could find so far ww2.toowoombarc.qld.gov.au/index.php?opt...-week-1&Itemid=4

Looks like the music in Picnic Point is from 12noon - 3pm. So I thought, to ensure we get a good park we could get there around 10.30ish and have a coffee/ice cream/whatever. Set up a good spot and take our own picnic lunches to eat while we watch the music. Any takers???

Saturday 16 January - would be the 3rd Saturday in January, so should be the Zen's night (Harvey Norman) but we haven't had confirmation from Ben on this one as yet.

That leaves us with the 17th, 24th or 31st to do a run down to the Motorcycle Museum/Transport Museum and lunch at the Forest Hill pub.

So, if you'd like to join us and one of these dates suits better than the others, please let me know. Details will be finalised after the mad Xmas week.

Won't be there twice this year, only once. Have changed our hols plans for the 1st time in 11 yrs and not going to Qld for our main holiday. Boo hoo but will be there in Oct as far as I know.

For those of you who haven't caught on.....us Toowoomba mob have become a pretty tight knit group of very close friends. As only good friends could get away with, we had a party at Paul and Deb's new house while they were away on holidays. They haven't even moved in to the house yet, as you'll see its still in the process of being built. We managed to have a pool party/verandah bbq/housewarming in their absence. They are due home today..........

I've been reading everyones thankyou's and comments after each outing, and want to add my own...also to apologise...

It's clear that I'm not as active on here as all of you lot, and I just want to apologise firstly for anything intended for me that I have missed...(looked for anniversary congrats everyone, but couldn't find??) and to give one huge massive thankyou from all of us, for a really good year last year, and an awesumly fun and naughty start to this one...

I can't express how grateful I am for my new family, and such cool, funny and caring friends. Thankyou for all the fun trips and outings, for all the surprises and little pressies. EVERYTHING is appreciated more than I can say.

I find, that being on my own with the kids and their activities, working, looking after our house and yard and 2 cars, the animals etc, that there is not too much time left to get on here and contribute very much, but that doesn't mean I am not grateful for such special times. (GEEZ I sound like a "victim!!", I don't mean to...this IS our lifestyle choice for now)

I hope that this very "LARGE" thankyou EVERYONE will suffice for all the times in the past I haven't contributed, and all the times in the future when I can't or when I miss tid bits intended for me. It is important to me that I get on and at least check whats happening, so I'm "with the plan" and whenever I can fit it in, I do. I love all the things you guys write and enjoy reading them immensely, and I promise as I have more time on my hands, that I will contribute more often. Much Love and appreciation to you all from The WHOLE Moon Family.
