Hey Rob... why "original" ??(at $1200)

Plenty avail here in Brisbane... same glass and encapsulated - around the $200 mark...that's fitted too!

Call me for details.

hmm won't comment & can't help on that one ... i'll be up for a new screen soon .. getting pretty sand balasted price sways me but OEM is what Phantom prob say too .. but KINDA on topic ... we had a VOYAGER 2004 the client wanted original screen .. NONE of them in the country either .. took ten working days (longer if U are not in captial city) ..... car took up valuable work shop space as we could not move it outside ( raining ) screen was out .. could have had NON OEM fitted THAT day ... client wasn't paying insurance was ... GO figure !!

Touch wood I have been driving around for past 8 months with crack across drivers vision and haven't been pulled up by the boys in blue, not even for a breathalyser. Must be me good looks but when I do I know what will be said.

Be prepared for registration time.
If its on the passenger side its fine but if its on the drivers side at a certain length is one issue or if the wipers cross over your its knocked back.

insurance is paying for it and I asked for the original screen replacement which they granted . might be because we have multiple pts with them. there have been past negative reports on the none original screens on the forum in the past. this one started in the centre and turned right straight across the drivers side in a couple of hours driving.

The bad reports have been about the non-encapsulated windscreens. The non OEM windscreens are brilliant.
