Just creeping up on 60,000km for my MY2005 purchased Dec 2004. Mind you I have gone from doing over 20,000 km in the first year of ownership down to around 5,000km over the last 6 months due to the price of petrol.
If it gets any dearer I might be able to cut down so much I'm driving in reverse and filling the tank as I go.  |

Hi all 6th of May 2002 new it was on the road for my b /day its now at 116665 km still runing her in it took 2.5 years to get 5000km on her it seem to take for ever but then we joined the PT family

I figure that if I keep going the way I'm going by the time Bonny Blue is 7 years old it will be close to 250,000 km on the clock. Will have watch this space.

Which is why my baby is semi retired. Worked it out - if I stayed with the old job she would have 235,000 k on her now. Poor thing is lucky to do a couple of hundred k's a month now!!!

My PT is fast closing in on the Regal.
31 ½ years old and just gone over 85,000km. That's an average of 2,787km per year. The sad thing is that even though I don't take it our much I use it more than the previous owners. I've had her 4½ years and she only had 68,000km on the clock when I bought her. That means I've averaged 3,666km a year. . Most of that was in the first two years when I took her down to Albury two years in a row. I did about 1,200km last year and 1,600 the year before that. Up again this year with another trip to Albury and a couple to Sydney but at $135 to fill up and only 400 - 500km range for a full tank she's going to have it easy from now on. |
