New Gangster Car 7 Years, 6 Months ago
Hi all, **********Photos Below***********

Just took delivery yesterday of a 2004 PT Limited Black.
(Finally got it after a whole bundle of problems caused by Chrysler Australia, and 2 weeks late )

It's basically stock for now other than a factory sunroof... planning a few things as time goes on and I see what's about that I like for my baby!

I'm just leaving to go O/S tomorrow, but when I get back I'll post some pics.
(Yeah... I only had 2 days to enjoy, and have to leave in the garage for 2 weeks )

Have fun and hope to see you soon
Cheers,
Dean aka GangsterGiz

I dont believe there is any such thing as standard PT - even if the pocket doesn't stretch the imagination does. We will all keep your PT company whilst you are away. Already we have added chrome bits, air pods, chrome bits, and as Spike said music, music , music. The CD collection at my house has increased with each milestone of the PTCDU - Easter, AGM, Birthday, General.

We are like Taubmans Paint - we just keep on keepin' on.

Look forward to the pics when you return.

Hey!

I have some pics of my Black Gangster taken today on the Mount Annan run

Just a few stills I took with my video camera, hopefully I'll get some more soon... I also have about 5-10mins of footage of the cars in the carpark at Mount Annan if anyone's interested

Wow 7 Years, 5 Months ago
Love your black cruiser, man.
The child bride and me are off to Sydney on Wednesday to catch Don McLean at the State Theatre (so? what's wrong with schmaltzy??)
Anyway, I've got a question for you.
I've got a factory sun roof too on my new baby, but how did you pop the back up, as in your photo?
All I've learned to do is push the button to make it slide back.
I know, I know - I could read the instructions...

Thanks mate! What colour you got??
As for the Sunroof.. there's a couple of versions but they usually tilt and slide back (usually within the roof)
Mine is controlled by switch between the front interior lights on the roof (Limited model) there's 3 buttons top/bottom to close and the centre to tilt... but there are others with 3 or 5 buttons that all do different things... depends on the model/brand that was installed... press some buttons and try it out - I dount you can break it or anything as the roof will only do what the controls tell it to! Some also auto-close and other's dont. But you can usually also stop the auto-close by pressing a button when it beeps as you turn the ignition off.
What model you got? Classic or Limited? Was it a 'factory' installed roof or after-market?

Have fun here in Sydney! How long u around for?
Cheers,
Dean

Our sunroof switch is up on the roof and all we do to tilt is press the front of the switch (as if you are going to close it) when its already closed. Also repeatedly pressing it will tilt it as far open as you want. Same as when you fully open, just press the button and it stops where you want it....
