Earhquake! - Melbourne! 2 Years, 4 Months ago  
Hi Victorians.
Just heard on CH9 that Melbourne had an Earthquake at approx 7pm. Havent heard about any damages as yet, so just thought I'd say hope all is ok. Hope it was just a rattle of plates!

hey I was at my mums ... didn't feal a thing !!??BUT we were only about 15 kms away from the epicentre of Pearcedale ... right next door to RTDVs burb ... was a real decent few shakes !!!

can only but agree a few here at work have reported that the EARTH moved for them late yesterday !!! .. & glad U put in NSW & NOT THE se FREEWAY DURING CONSTRUCTION REWORK !! ...... epicentre was in westerport bay near Tyab ... my friends mum had two plates fall off the wall .. there were tears they were family pieces .... no one hurt !!

a bit of friendly over the border BANTERing is healthy .... & WE don't want U thinking we have BAD roads down here or scare U off with earthquakes .. U may not visit !! ...turns out MOST of the guys here & the other gal had the EARTH move for them last night .. they live out that away !!! ...... darn I'm in tother direction !! I'm more worried about the DUST storms up your ways !!!

We don't call them potholes anymore(how blaise)
they are landfill stations(or tips in the old language)

April was the last time I was there. Actually the pothole I hit I called "The Grand Canyon".

They took the time to put up a road side "Traffic Hazard Ahead" sign. I was wondering what might this be and then I spotted the hazard. Too late as we blunged into the giant chasm!

Agree. 3.1 on Richter scale is about what a good sneeze produces.....
