The PTCDU NSW Committee announces the 2009 Christmas Party

* * CHRISTMAS AT BARGO * *

Date - 19th December 2009
Time - 6.30pm
Venue – Phil & Tonya’s home – Bargo
What’s there – BBQ , Pool, Duke Box , some Christmas Lights and definitely No Snow.

Phil and Tonya have invited us to have our Christmas party at their place for this year.
For obvious reasons their address won’t be advertised on the forum but as the date gets closer we will make sure you know where they live via email or mail.

Now we know our club is into doing things different at times and variety is good so this time a few other additions have been added to this event ending off our year with something memorable.

More details will be added shortly to this post but since we are having our celebration away from our homes, accommodation will be available if required at the local motel for those who wish to have a little drinkies or maybe to tired to drive home or wanting to stay for more on Sunday.
The following morning for anyone staying overnight, there may be a communal breakfast.
For anyone who was unable to attend the Saturday event we are also planning to have a cruise on the Sunday morning possibly visiting the Avon & or Nepean Dams while we are down there.
For Catering purposes can you RSVP ASAP

A great way to end off the year.

Just to let you know the we will definitely be attending the Christmas Party, thanks Phil & Tonya for hosting this, sounds like a great way to end the year

If there is anything that we can do to help you set up, or if you need some extra chairs etc, just let us know, we are only 30 minutes up the M5 from Bargo, so it is no trouble to drop down and give you a hand.

Please let us know what you would like us to bring, we can whip up some salads, sweets or savouries, whatever you would prefer.

At this stage we will probably only be able to be there on the Saturday, but if Sunday becomes available we'll join you for the cruise out to the dams as well
