Great photos johnny mac,again . Twelve cars not bad or my first show and was quite impressed with the way the public recieved us , many questions asked and many answered .Apart from the sunburned arms a great day looking forward to the next one.Congrats to david for best paint. and he wasn't even expecting it ,good on yah.. mick

Congratulations again David , on winning the Best Custom Paint award .
I know that you were genuinely as surprised , as we all were ,and that makes it special .
To win that award against that standard of competition is a major achievement .

What a day again with PT's, Heat, and lots and lots of Mustangs.
Left this morning with 10 PT's on the list expected, close to that maybe 8
Arrive 20 mins after 8 30 and 9 eager PT's waiting to go.
No time to hang around lets go!!!!
Attempt to park near our spot from last year and get told to move on around with the rest of the Chryslers.
I think they knew numbers were going to be down on last year as far as Chrysler cars go.
Start to unpack and set up with 2 rows of PT's,
when around the corner 2 more turn up unexpected Steve and Don.
So now have 12 PT's which according to Pete(prowler) is the most for the club at this event.
Also in amongst the other cars 3 more PT's spotted including one black which could soon be sending there membership on.
Continued interest in our display kept some on there toes,
aswell as visits from other members and friends through out the day (Geoff, Murf, Bluey)
With most of the girls taking the opputunity to check out the shops.
Poor Dennis may to work some overtime over the next couple of weeks.
With Dan Murphy's prooving somewhat popular??
and Sandy got a great manicure, pedicure and massage.
later in the day around 3 saw presentations of trophies
with most of us hanging back packing up
David recieves a call from Jan
He better come down as they maybe something here for him.
So down we go not only a 1/2 dozern krispy kremes.
But also a trophy for best custom paint. Well done.
Also thanks to all those who came and joined in
The numbers were great for this aswell as the enthusiasm

Congratulations to David & Fiona on your unsuspected win and to recognition for our club,you'll need to start thinking of getting a trophy cabinet David

As Col mentioned a good turn out of 12 PT'S for the day and out of the 12 we have 3 new members turn up for the day thanks to Mick,Ray & Don/Arron hope you all enjoyed the day.
As the girls went to combat the air conditioning in the shopping centre we all had a little chit chat about the cars and whose added what to their car lately

As usual a big thanks to Johnny & Col for the photo's and thanks to all that attended, was a great day for all.
