Rob & I are seriously thinking about leaving FireFly at home. We think The Black Pearl may be more appropriate for the weather conditions.

It is with much sadness that I can not attend COTM this year.
I am suffering financial embarrassment due to being retrenched just before xmas.
this has had a major impact on my lifestyle, as would be expected..
But I still have high hopes to be there next year.
I hope all the good friend that I made last year have a great time.
Me & mine will be having a BBQ on Saturday, so everybody just give a kind thought as we will do the same.
I look forward to seeing all of the TasBash Cruisers when you come over.

In a way it's good I didn't book in for this year as I would have had to cancel for a funeral this weekend after a tragic loss last week of a close friend

Maybe I can give next year a go if the finances allow for both COTM and Adelaide? (Adelaide WILL get priority!)

Hi eveyone. Unfortunately I wont be there with you guys this year. I know not many of you have met me but I guess w'll meet one day.
To be honest a while ago I travelled with my adopted NSW family during the Great Ocean Cruise and being the little fella I am the journey took toll on me. Not the fact that I was the subject of abuse at certain times during that journey but the distance my little legs had to go left me totally exhausted.
I did join in on the Port McQuarie Run last year and I faired well for that experience. That NSW President bloke was good especially how he carried me up those stairs! He's pretty fit......looks are decieving I guess.
Anyway I'm disapearing for more sleep again so I'll be ready for the next Port McQuarie experience.
Just thought I'd say a hi and wish everyone a great journey to COTM '10

Jeepstar will be dissapointed, he was looking forward to SEEING U !!! ... as expected I haven't been able to talk Phantom into going but I will NOT be solo ... I have BUB on board from QLD .. as well as the pitcrew .... also have been asked (invited) to NETWORK for Capital on Saturday night .... We had been warned that this might be the case & it was for two .. so we will join the Saint PaT celebrations after dinner .... means I will also keep my promise to Phantom ref the sit down & EAT ...
