Hey Garry, that's real easy.

Cut the top off and turn it into a convertible.

You won't have to worry about the roof lining then.

Someone help, cause I don't know.

Good one Graham.
I know when I had my own business as a mechanic some of the cars were just bueties. You'd sit in the car and the lining would be resting on your head while doing the road test for registration (probably why I'm bald!) & no I didnt pass them.
Some even had thumb tacks holding the linning up.
Anyway Garry I believe vehicle upholster's have a special spray of glue they can use. Might pay to get a quote to replace. We did daughters Corolla about 2 years ago and it wasnt a bad price.

I haven't looked at how the roof lining is held in ?? .. Voyagers are held in by "clips" .. if lining has been removed then the clips can / do break .. need replacing .. an auto trimmer should be able to help there ... or chrysler spare parts ...

Garry ,

sometime ago I had to change my roof antenna , don't ask how I broke it.

The roof linning is virtually held by the trimmings on the edges and the curvature itself of the lining , for what I can remember once you take the trimmings out ,you can stick your hands under it , so the other way around is to ensure the trimmings around the doors and back hatch are ok , as well as the screws on the inside light fitting .
hope it helps

Thanks Guy's. All your suggestions have been takin' on board.
Chief need a saw to make a convertible, I can't cut straight lines so thats out. After poking around myself to hold lining up, it's best I see a Motor trimmer this week. Garry

Hey Garry, dare to be different. If you can't cut straight with a saw then think of the looks you will get. Something different mate.
Any one of us will help you. Plenty of saws around.

Hope you get it sorted soon.

Good to hear Garry.
Probably one of those times when you put up with something for so long thinking the worst and when you get it done it surprises you and you wonder why you didnt do it earlier!
