Bugga, Just drove home from the in-laws place (about 10 klm) & air bag light came on & off at least 10 times.
If this keeps happening does anyone know a good place in Melbourne I can get it "looked at" ?

Mr Damage : ( I like that..!! ) do a simple test , step off the car ( please , not while moving specially at speed )on a flat surface and start the car , with your hand press on the seat where your right leg would normally be .. IF you can get the light/chime to make you say "bugger" then you have a good chance that the harness that goes from the under the carpet ,you will see the ends when you look under the seat , that harness goes to the air bag .Chrysler may charge you ~$60 to change it.. there is a few past posts about this subject.
ps I still have the old harness that I repaired before I changed it .the wires crease in that spot.

To i2s2bme, I always get my beast serviced at Sam's, its due now so looks like I'll get him to fix it.

ahhh so if your a heavy person like myself,, you will have a greater chance of getting the Air Bag Chime of deaf.
Will check this wiring problem sometime.

1.- the mess it caused = not too good
2.- going through a red light = naughty ... naughty
3.- guy on the crossing = hope he is reasonable ok
4.- PT still standing = just about the only good thing
