Since the changes to our forum, which I have no problems with
I have noticed less use of it.
This is only my opinion, I would like to know yours or
what is the reason for this.

I think you'll probably fine that it's getting as much viewing but certainly not as many use it these days as a day to day chat line.
I'd say since face book and whats the other ones thats just started! and access to many other forums people spend so much time discovering them.
It comes and goes though.
Certainly we all live a hussle bussle lifestyle these days (I know I do) so it's difficult I guess for everyone to be fully committed.

I check this forum every day (almost religiously) - well I do tell people I'm from the Church of Chrysler. Dont always have anything to say, but its nice to see what others are up to.

Pretty much what I do
Don't get a word in otherwise
so heres my chance to put what I'd like to say up
on the forum and I don't get interupted

On here at least 2 to 3 times a day if not more. If interested I comment, if not I just check to see what others are up to.

You know what it's like sometimes when you talk to others they don't answer you, you know, those ones that are in the same house as you.

I think there is less use and I have heard the same comment from another Victorian. For me I use it much the same.

i think that is nice c-dog that you do not have any problems with this forum,

but as for me...i think the reason this forum is getting less use is, and i say this becouse it has happened to me more than once in the past,
is that what ever you want to say does get screened..in case there are a few people out there that dont know how to take thing's or take thing's to heart and dont have a life,

at the end of the day its the car that matter's not the person,...
we all have the same kinda car,so what mods are done or how to inprove it would be nice to read or see....but oh no'all we see is the same people going out and eating and drinking,to the same ol place's....

well i stand up and say this ""im not on this forum much any more due to these reason's and i find the other pt forum's much better in there topic's and thing's to do..

(( now you might not get to read all of what i have typed due to the reason i stated.. at the top of my post ....this might get screened..but im not afraid to type what i think.)))

Have to agree. Have had a question in the "Engine" section for over a month with not a single reply. I have allways thought that this club and forum was about the CAR ie PT CRUISER not the in purple crowd etc. There, had my bleat for the day.

I think that if everyone reads the RULES on here for the use of the forum , you may find the reason - the rules read

When people have taken the time to answer posts that require SOME technical knowlege , they have been shouted down for their opinion - they don't answer the questions anymore.

Offensive/negative posts are usually frowned on by the Forum Administrator and those kinds of posts are the ones that are "screened" and edited or deleted.

There will always be differences of opinion , but most public forums allow for CIVIL discussion , and when it exceeds the boundries of CIVIL , censorship must prevail.

As the rules provide ---"To participate in this forum you'll need to be an adult."

I'm glad at least one person read that.

I always think its a good idea to strip away the legal speak they usually put in the rules, and instead include something that people could actually understand.

As for website visitors, I think there's a natural turnover of people moving in and out of the "community". That's the general feeling I get when I see the web server logs etc.

The stats tell me that both unique visitors and the total count of visitors have been going up month on month.
