Less dust sounds good to me Andy. Hopefully it will all go to plan tomorrow.

Pad change complete with no real hassles. Only problem found was the bushes mentioned in another thread.

How does $165 each for new brake rotors sound? Measured them up this morning after I had the Pedders Check done yesterday, thay are to worn to machine. In the rush of me going away last week I fitted new pads without machining.

Finally solved the noise in the front end of Rachelle's PT.

Went at all angles in the search for a fix. New lower control arm bushes, sway bar rubbers, the list goes on.
Had some spare time today and pulled the front end apart again looking for a fault.
In the end it was the augmentation springs on the pads! On the left hand side they had worn out and were letting the pad rub on the caliper. Drama was you cant buy them seperately, they come as a part of the pads from Chrysler, after market pads don't have them included. Well the ones i fitted a few months ago did not.
