Ambient Temp Reading 3 Years, 1 Month ago
The Ambient temp reading rarely goes over 25 deg C. Looking at USA PT websites suggest the sensor is faulty (located just behind grille on LH side). This can be replaced, car still under warranty. Has anyone had similar problem and is sensor the fault.

Haven't had that problem... Mine has certainly gone over 40C a few times in the last few weeks...

How did you go? Get it fixed?

Not fixed yet. Took it into local Chrysler dealer in Port Macquarie. They said it could be a software problem. Going in next week to have it sorted.

I wish mine was only reading 25 degrees.

Have already seen 42 last weekend. Still short of the 48 from new years day a few years ago but could get close to that this Sunday

I'm officially over summer now and can't wait for winter
