Once again dissapointing news from Chrysler. But atleast they let you know.
Most people when wanting a Tow Bar would ring around for prices and like the Dealerships those suppliers tell their carring weight capacity so you obviously pick the one that takes the most which is the Chrysler one and also the dearest one, only to find later the car can only take less than half the weight.
(The Tow Bar shows 1000kg, but should be 1000lb=450kg)
Its quite possible these towing devices are quite capable to carry that amount but the car isnt.
Guess you got to go to the manual rather than what the dealership says!
Strange thing is when it comes to Timing Belts the dealership says 90,000km and the manual differs dramatically here (90,000km -168,000km + depending if your car requires a B or an A service Schedule).
