continental kit 7 Years, 10 Months ago
Can someone tell me please if the continental kit is a whole boot or just the spare wheel cover part?

We believe it is only a cover that fits on to the back hatch.

pretty sure Keith's right. Should just be some kind of cover that you put over the rear hatch probablt attaches with double sided tape and a few screws. Saw one up at Newcastle on a Silver and it looked great.

tracking down the owner of the PT with the Conty Kit 7 Years, 4 Months ago
Hi Guys!
I am very interested in getting a continental kit for my PT, and I had heard that a Gerry Murray has one on his in Newcastle. I don't know if that was the silver one. I am trying to find Gerry so that I can ask him for some feedback about his kit. I heard that Jody from the Newcastle PT group knows him. If Gerry has an email address, I would really like to send him a message and ask him about his kit!

Sorry Kerryn Gerry is off line & Jody has gone to ground haven't heard from Jody for a while. I think Gerry is going to Rickshaws on the Foreshores at Newcastle in November. We will be meeting at Thornleigh Macc's at 8.30am 14th Nov, entry $15 per car on the day. Hope to see you there.

Just to stick my two'penneth in...

I know of four different conti kits available here in the UK - so presumably in Oz too. They all fit with tape & screws, some suggest just tape, but I wouldn't try it personally.

In my opinion, they're one of the better mods for a PT, just a shame my wife won't let me buy one

Good luck.
