TOPIC: Chromed Wipers

Chromed Wipers 5 Years, 7 Months ago
I am wanting to get my wipers chromed but would be interested in hearing from any one who has them done. The hubby (who isn't really into blinging...he doesn't own a cruiser!) thinks it will be a distraction with the reflections, light etc.

this might be a cheaper option than getting them chromed. I shouldn;t show cause I was going to bid on them but I'm sure they have more than 1 set.

also Cruisin On has them I'm sure

I did bid - with one eye half open early one morning - and they're coming from Germany!!! Will advise quality etc when/if they turn up. Only blades & track ... not with arms like Cruisin On has.

Yeap, that’s the difference and I bet they are chromed plastic too. I think Crusin On’s are metal, but you get what you pay for.

They look pretty plastic to me. Might go with the metal option as have had bad experiences in the past with dodgy wipers. (having to get out of the car in puring rain to screw them back on!)
Suppose I can always out the originals back on if they are too bright.
