Saturday morning Storm Cruiser ( Kym and Kevin ), Phantom (John and Zane ), Shelby ( Shelley and Maddison )and C- Breeze ( Merrilyn ) met at Yatala BP, after fueling up the cars and having a bite for breakfast we headed off at 8 o'clock to pick up Blue Heeler ( Steve ) and Memphis ( Kim ) at Reddy Creek. So then we were on our way, we had a pit stop at Grafton for lunch and a catch up , then off on the road to Coffs. The road works were a killer along the way, we finally arrived safely in Coffs at about 2:30 p.m. Oh yeh is that our time or their time, oh well lucky we were still in Australia. After checking in and unpacking we met up with Lyn " Black Pearl" and Rob "Firefly " and they took us for a cruise through Coffs and we saw some beautiful sights. So okay , it was time to get back and wash those PT'S and make them nice and shiney for the show the next day. We decided to have pizza and pasta for dinner Saturday night and we washed that down with a few beers and wines, it was a great night with loads of laughter - we even got to see the moon. Met some more PT owners Chris and Justine, hope we didn't scared them too much, again a great night had by all. Up early Sunday morning to finish off the cars before heading out to meet the group to cruise on down to the car show together. It was a great day at the show, all the cars looked fantastic and even the owners scrubbed up okay. We had 12 cars on the day and lucky for us 3 cars were identical thanks to Rob and Lyn. The winner on the day was Merrilyn " C- Breeze " winning " BEST CAR POST 2000 MODIFIED " congratulations. After the show we packed up the cars and decided to do some more cruising, while Kevin help Rob take home 1 of his identical cars Kym led us on a cruise to a lookout.
We had lots of u-turns and saw lots of scenery, I'm pretty sure we saw a few things twice but that's okay - Kym was just making sure we didn't miss anything. We met up with Rob, Lyn and Kevin at the lookout, then Rob took us to visit Sawtell and Uranga where we had coffee and cake at the wharf - some people opted to have pancakes and maple syrup. After that big feed , we were all pretty beached as, so we headed off to another lookout where we saw yet again another full moon - that moon seemed to follow us everywhere. Kym "Storm Cruiser" had a few mishaps over the weekend, but like a trooper we know she is , she was sweet bro. Kym we all hope your feeling better.
Sunday night we all ended up at the Park Beach Bowls Club for dinner - the meals were delicious and the company was great, and we had a lovely stroll home after wards.
After a sleep in , we all got up Monday morning to pack the cars ready to head home, nobody wanted the weekend to end or to go home. After we checked out , we met up with Rob and Lyn again and they led the way out of town, after a few km up the road - they bid their farewell and we all hope to see them again real soon. They went off to have morning tea somewhere while we continued our trip up the highway home, we stopped off to have lunch and talked about how great the weekend was and that we will all book now for next year.
Again many thanks to Lyn "Black Pearl" and Rob "Firefly" for a great weekend, can't wait till next year stay safe and keep cruising.


P.S. The Black Family " Phantom and Shelby" would like to say a big thank-you to all the people on the cruise we had the best time and have never laughed so much. The kids had an absolute ball, I would recommend it to everyone.

A nice report and good to hear all went well and of course it would, Coffs is a great place.

North and South came together and had one heck of a great weekend. Thank you Rob and Lyn, it was good catching up with you and it was nice to meet some new faces from the south. Hope we get to cruise and have some more PT fun soon.
